BERWYN, PA — Nine attorneys at McAndrews Law Offices have been named to Main Line Today’s 2026 Top Lawyers list, recognizing the firm’s work in special education law and estate planning across the Philadelphia suburbs and surrounding regions.
The Berwyn-based firm received six selections in the education category and three in trusts and wills, according to McAndrews Law Offices. The annual recognition is based on nominations from fellow attorneys practicing in the Main Line and western suburbs.
The education category honorees include Dennis C. McAndrews, founder and managing partner emeritus; Michael Connolly, chief executive officer and supervising partner of special education; and Heather M. Hulse, senior partner in the Scranton office and lead attorney for western Pennsylvania.
Also recognized were Jacqueline C. Lembeck, a shareholder and lead special education attorney for south-central Pennsylvania; Rachel Rosenberg, a special education attorney; and Daniel Woody, federal litigation and appellate counsel.
In the trusts and wills category, Main Line Today selected Lesley Mehalick, supervising partner of estates and trusts, along with estates and trusts attorneys Jennifer Simons and Joan Graner.
The selections reflect two principal areas of the firm’s legal practice: representing students and families in education-related disputes and providing estate planning services, including arrangements for individuals with disabilities.
McAndrews Law Offices also handles disability law, abuse matters, special needs planning and Title IX gender discrimination cases involving students.
Founded in 1982 by Dennis McAndrews, the firm has expanded to more than 25 attorneys and professional staff members, with offices in Pennsylvania, Delaware and the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.
Main Line Today’s Top Lawyers recognition spans more than 25 legal practice categories, with honorees nominated by their peers in the regional legal community.
