WILMINGTON, DE — Onfolio Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ONFO, ONFOW; OTC: ONFOP) announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share on the company’s Series A preferred stock.
The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2025, to shareholders of record as of September 25. Onfolio has issued quarterly dividends on the Series A shares since January 2020.
