Four McAndrews Law Attorneys Named to 2025 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists

BERWYN, PAMcAndrews, Mehalick, Connolly, Hulse & Ryan P.C. announced that four of its attorneys have earned recognition on the 2025 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars lists, a distinction awarded to only a small percentage of legal professionals in the state.

Founder Dennis McAndrews was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for the 22nd consecutive year, an honor reflecting more than two decades of consistent professional achievement. McAndrews has built a national reputation in special education law, school-related injury cases, estate planning, and specialized trust matters.

Michael Connolly, supervising partner of the firm’s Special Education Department, earned Super Lawyer status for the second year in a row. With over 25 years of legal experience, Connolly represents children with disabilities and their families in disputes involving eligibility, placement, discipline, discrimination, and other education-related issues.

Rachel Rosenberg was recognized as a Rising Star for the second consecutive year. A member of the Special Education Department, Rosenberg focuses on advocating for children and families, leveraging her background in education law and her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Also earning Rising Star honors for the second year is Jennifer L. Simons, an attorney in the firm’s Estates and Trusts Department. Simons handles matters involving wills, trusts, elder law, guardianships, and special needs planning, and is noted for her compassionate client service.

According to Thomson Reuters, only 5% of Pennsylvania attorneys are selected as Super Lawyers each year, while just 2.5% earn Rising Star recognition.
