AVONDALE, PA — Pennsylvania State Police continue their search for a man wanted in connection with a home invasion robbery that occurred nearly a decade ago.

Rodrigo Fonseco Bedolla, 40, is currently the subject of an arrest warrant issued by the Avondale Station. The alleged incident took place in May of 2014, but Bedolla has so far eluded capture.

Bedolla is described as a white male, standing 5’10” tall and weighing approximately 179 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

The charges against him are serious and numerous. They include aggravated assault, burglary with a person present overnight, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, threat of immediate serious injury during a robbery, and property theft through force, among other related offenses.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Bedolla’s whereabouts or who has had past contact with him to reach out. Calls can be made to the Pennsylvania State Police Avondale Station at (610) 268-2022. Alternatively, tips can be submitted anonymously via the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers toll-free hotline at 1-800-4PA-TIPS (8477).

As this case remains open, it’s important to note that an arrest warrant does not equate to guilt. All suspects, including Bedolla, are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Information may change as additional details emerge throughout the investigation.
