COATESVILLE, PA — Authorities are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred on the evening of June 29, 2025, in the rear yard of a residence in the unit block of Virginia Avenue.
At approximately 5:20 p.m., Coatesville Police responded to reports of a stabbing and discovered 19-year-old Alexander J. Camacho suffering from a stab wound to the lower part of his body. Camacho was transported to Paoli Hospital and Trauma Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The Coatesville Detective Unit, in collaboration with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, is actively investigating this incident as a homicide. Officials have not yet identified a suspect and are seeking public assistance in their efforts to resolve the case.
