WILMINGTON, DE — Authorities are calling on the public to assist in identifying a suspect linked to a stabbing incident that occurred on the morning of September 19, 2024, in Wilmington.
At approximately 10:51 a.m., officers from Wilmington’s Uniformed Services Division responded to reports of a stabbing on the 100 block of West 22nd Street. Upon arrival, they found a 65-year-old male victim, who was transported to a nearby hospital. Officials have described the victim’s condition as stable.
The case has since been assigned to Detective Justin Wilkers of the Criminal Investigations Division. During the investigation, surveillance images of the suspect were obtained, and authorities have released these images in hopes of generating leads.
