EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township police are seeking a 54-year-old man wanted on a bench warrant involving defiant trespass and public drunkenness charges.
Police identified the wanted person as John T. Delaney, 54. According to police, the bench warrant was issued Sept. 11 through Magisterial District Court 15-4-03 under docket number CR-0000178-2026.
Police said Delaney faces charges of defiant trespass involving actual communication to the alleged offender and public drunkenness.
Delaney is described by police as a white male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and approximately 185 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
