NORTH COVENTRY TWP, PA — A 54-year-old Pottstown man is facing 20 felony charges following an investigation into alleged burglaries and thefts at a North Coventry Township storage facility, according to police.
North Coventry Township police reported arresting Felix Robert Cuevas on Monday, Sept. 21, on a felony warrant issued through District Court 15-3-01.
Police allege Cuevas and Brenda Borysowski unlawfully entered the CubeSmart storage facility at 351 W. Schuylkill Road and removed property belonging to the business and its renters.
The investigation resulted in Cuevas being charged with seven felony counts of burglary, seven felony counts of criminal trespass, three felony counts of theft by unlawful taking and three felony counts of receiving stolen property.
The case is filed under docket number MJ-15301-CR-0000163-2026.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
