PARKESBURG, PA — A Parkesburg man has been arrested and charged following an investigation into alleged indecent exposure, according to borough police.
The Parkesburg Borough Police Department reported that an arrest warrant was obtained July 12 for 54-year-old Todd William Bruteyn, charging him with indecent exposure and related offenses stemming from the investigation.
According to police, officers located Bruteyn in the borough on July 13 and took him into custody.
Police reported that Bruteyn was remanded to Chester County Prison pending a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Court 15-3-07.
Authorities have not released additional information about the allegations or the circumstances that led to the charges.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
