Parkesburg Man Faces Child Endangerment Charge

PARKESBURG, PA — A 53-year-old man is facing a child endangerment charge and related offenses following an incident in Parkesburg, according to borough police.

Parkesburg Borough police said the incident involving Noe Guerra Alacron occurred Sept. 13 in the 300 block of West Seventh Avenue.

Police reported arresting Alacron on Sept. 14 and charging him with endangering the welfare of a child and related offenses.

Authorities did not provide details about the circumstances underlying the charges.

A preliminary hearing on the charges has been scheduled in District Court 15-3-07.
