PARKESBURG, PA — A Parkesburg man has been charged in connection with an alleged false report made to police last month, according to borough authorities.
The Parkesburg Borough Police Department reported that Joseph James Gower, 36, was arrested July 15 in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 21.
According to police, Gower was charged with false reports and related offenses. Authorities did not release additional details about the circumstances surrounding the investigation.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled in District Court 15-3-07.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
