ATGLEN, PA — A 62-year-old man faces indecent exposure and related charges following a police investigation into an incident in Atglen Borough, Chester County.
Jeffrey D. Jordan, 62, was charged in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 21, 2026, according to police.
Authorities reported that Jordan was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with indecent exposure and related offenses.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled in Magisterial District Court 15-3-07.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
