Man Accused of Indecent Assault at Beloved West Chester Pub Sparks Outrage

WEST CHESTER, PA — A 22-year-old man is facing charges following allegations of inappropriate conduct during an incident at a popular West Chester establishment.

According to police, officers responded to a disturbance call at Kildare’s Irish Pub, located at 18 West Gay Street, in the early hours of February 1, 2025. Upon arrival at approximately 1:45 a.m., authorities spoke with a female victim who reported being inappropriately touched inside the pub.

Following their investigation, officers charged Lorenzo Dipillo, a resident of West Chester, with indecent assault and disorderly conduct in connection with the reported incident.

Dipillo was released on a summons and is awaiting a preliminary hearing at District Court 15-1-01. Authorities emphasize that all charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
