Juvenile Charged in Alleged Physical Altercation in Kennett Square

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — Authorities have filed charges against a female juvenile following an alleged physical altercation in Kennett Square Borough. The incident, which reportedly occurred on December 2, 2024, took place in the 100 block of East South Street around 11:20 a.m.

According to police, video surveillance footage allegedly captured the juvenile approaching the victim, yelling, and engaging in a confrontation. The juvenile is accused of grabbing the victim’s hair, pulling her to the ground, and causing the victim to lose a significant portion of hair from her scalp during the incident.

Following an investigation, law enforcement filed charges including simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct on January 14, 2025. The case was referred to the Chester County Juvenile Probation Office.
