HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — A 49-year-old woman faces aggravated assault, trespassing and resisting arrest charges after police responded to a business on the 300 block of Red Lion Road on Aug. 10.
According to Lower Moreland Township police, officers were called to the business for a reported trespassing incident and determined that Dawn Duboski was allegedly violating the establishment’s rules.
Police took Duboski into custody and charged her with aggravated assault involving an alleged attempt to cause, or causing, serious bodily injury to a designated individual; defiant trespassing after actual communication; and resisting arrest or other law enforcement.
Duboski was arraigned Aug. 10, according to police.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
