MORGANTOWN, PA — Caernarvon Township police are seeking to identify a man who allegedly claimed to represent an internet provider while photographing properties and knocking on doors near the Joanna Store area.
According to police, the man was observed around 1:16 p.m. Sept. 20 near the 1100 block of Elverson Road. He allegedly identified himself as a solicitor for Kinetic High Speed Internet, but the company informed police he was not affiliated with the business.
Police described the man as white, in his 30s, with a tattoo extending down his right forearm that may depict a flower.
The man left before officers arrived, according to investigators. Police are seeking to identify and question him about his activities.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
