WEST CHESTER, PA — Chester County Detectives have charged a Parkesburg man following an investigation into the alleged possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material, according to the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
Investigators reported 57-year-old John Lymberis was charged with sexual abuse of children, digital forgery, and related offenses.
According to the criminal complaint, Chester County Detectives received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through the Delaware County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force regarding a Kik account allegedly used to upload and share child sexual abuse material.
Investigators alleged they identified Lymberis through email addresses connected to the Kik account and information obtained through the ICAC Task Force.
According to detectives, the account allegedly was also used to participate in chat rooms where images of children were exchanged and distributed, including alleged AI-generated sexualized images of minors.
Lymberis was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge J. Timothy Arndt and released after posting 10% of $35,000 bail, according to court records.
Police reported a preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 8 at 9:00 a.m.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
