Universal Health Services Sets 20-Cent Quarterly Dividend

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Universal Health Services Inc. (NYSE: UHS) will pay a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share on Sept. 15, returning capital to shareholders while maintaining its existing payout.

Shareholders of record as of Sept. 1 will receive the dividend, the King of Prussia-based hospital operator reported.

The company did not disclose the total cash outlay associated with the payment.

Universal Health Services operates acute-care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient centers and other care sites in the United States, Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
