Universal Health Realty Sets 75-Cent Quarterly Dividend

Universal Health Realty Income Trust

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Universal Health Realty Income Trust (NYSE: UHT) will pay a quarterly dividend of 75 cents per share on Sept. 30, returning cash to shareholders of the health care-focused real estate investment trust.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of Sept. 21, following approval by the company’s Board of Trustees.

Universal Health Realty invests in health care and human service-related properties, including acute care and behavioral health facilities, rehabilitation and sub-acute care hospitals, surgery centers, medical office buildings and childcare centers.

The trust has 77 investments across 21 states.
