Unisys Names Lalithanand Moses to Lead India Global Delivery Center

BLUE BELL, PA — Unisys (NYSE: UIS) has appointed Lalithanand Moses as vice president and managing director of its India Global Delivery Center, the company’s largest and most diverse global operations hub. Moses will report directly to Karl Brandt, senior vice president and general manager of Global Delivery Operations.

Moses will oversee strategic initiatives to strengthen Unisys’ global delivery capabilities while advancing operational excellence and customer satisfaction. “Moses brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record of both leading global teams and accelerating operational excellence through innovation,” said Chris Arrasmith, Unisys’ chief operating officer.

In his new role, Moses will focus on enhancing delivery efficiency, improving quality assurance, and fostering innovation across the India center. He plans to drive initiatives that maximize client outcomes, streamline operations through emerging technologies, and expand partnerships with academic institutions to attract top talent and support workforce development.

With nearly 25 years of experience, Moses has held several senior leadership roles at Unisys, most recently serving as global leader of Endpoint Operations within its Digital Workplace Solutions business. In that role, he spearheaded operational improvements, strengthened service delivery frameworks, and implemented scalable support solutions.

Before joining Unisys, Moses held leadership positions at Genpact, managing large-scale client engagements and overseeing delivery, infrastructure transitions, and end-user computing services across multiple geographies, as well as at GE.

His appointment underscores Unisys’ commitment to leveraging its India operations as a critical driver of innovation, talent development, and client-focused service delivery.
