Tiger Aesthetics Expands Sales Strategy Ahead of Product Launches

Business News

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Tiger Aesthetics Medical is restructuring its commercial operations into two specialized business divisions and expanding its sales organization as the company prepares for broader growth in the medical aesthetics market.

The company said the new structure creates separate commercial organizations focused on plastic surgery and dermatology markets, positioning Tiger Aesthetics to expand adoption of its adipose tissue-based products and support upcoming product launches.

Under the reorganization, the newly formed BioBody division will serve board-certified plastic and cosmetic surgeons, while BioDerma will focus on dermatologists and medical spa providers.

Tiger said the move will be accompanied by increased investment in sales personnel, commercial programs, and operational infrastructure. The combined sales force is expected to exceed 100 representatives by the end of 2026, with plans for continued expansion thereafter.

The company currently markets alloClae, a structural adipose tissue product used in breast and body contouring procedures. It also plans to launch dermaClae, a product targeting facial and hand rejuvenation, in early 2027.

The restructuring reflects the growing segmentation of the aesthetics market, where plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and MedSpa operators increasingly represent distinct commercial channels requiring specialized sales and support strategies.

BioDerma will be led by commercial executive Stephen Stafford, who will oversee expansion into dermatology and MedSpa markets and support the planned launch of dermaClae.

“With alloClae growing rapidly and dermaClae on the horizon, we’re assembling a team and a commercial engine built specifically for all key channels in Medical Aesthetics,” Stafford said.

Tiger President Caro Van Hove said the dual-division structure is intended to provide more targeted support to healthcare providers while expanding the company’s commercial reach.

The company said the expanded organization is designed to increase market penetration across its breast, facial, body contouring, and regenerative aesthetics product portfolio.
