WILMINGTON, DE — SourcingGPT.ai is positioning its artificial intelligence platform for broader adoption across the global trade show industry after deploying the technology at the 2026 Eletrolar Show, where the company reports more than 15,000 buyers used the system to identify suppliers and organizers gained access to real-time attendee behavior data.

The company reported the platform was deployed across the Brazil and Mexico editions of the electronics trade show, which attracted more than 45,000 attendees. According to SourcingGPT, the AI assistant generated more than 250,000 interactions during the event while helping buyers search for suppliers, navigate the exhibition floor and save exhibitor information digitally.

SourcingGPT contends the deployment demonstrates how artificial intelligence can provide organizers with behavioral analytics that extend beyond traditional attendance metrics such as badge scans and foot traffic. The company stated its platform tracked product searches, exhibitor interest, floor navigation and hourly engagement patterns, providing data that organizers could use to measure exhibitor return on investment and optimize future events.

Company data indicates buyers conducted more than 35,000 targeted supplier and product searches and initiated approximately 40,000 interactive map navigation sessions. Mobile devices accounted for 85% of platform usage, with nearly 1,000 users connected simultaneously during peak periods, according to the company.

SourcingGPT also reported exhibitors received visitors who had already searched for relevant product categories before arriving at their booths, a process intended to improve lead quality by directing buyers based on stated purchasing interests rather than general foot traffic. Thousands of digital contact exchanges replaced traditional business card collection, the company stated.

The company plans to offer the platform as a white-label product for trade show organizers worldwide. It stated the system can provide branded AI sourcing assistants, organizer dashboards, behavioral analytics, exhibitor performance reports and post-event engagement tools while creating potential new revenue opportunities through partnership models.

“The Eletrolar Show proved that the demand is real, the technology is ready,” the company’s leadership team stated, arguing that AI-driven sourcing and behavioral analytics can improve the value proposition for organizers, exhibitors and buyers.

SourcingGPT develops AI software for global sourcing and procurement that combines supplier discovery, procurement tools and trade data to support purchasing decisions across international supply chains. The company stated it is in discussions with additional trade show operators in Europe, Asia and the Americas regarding future deployments of the platform.
