NORRISTOWN, PA — ResultsCX has been awarded Gold in the Talent Acquisition category of the Brandon Hall Group 2025 Excellence Awards for its successful rollout of the employee referral platform ERIN.

With a workforce of 26,000 supporting more than 130 brands, ResultsCX sought to streamline hiring and meet surging client demand. The implementation of ERIN modernized its employee referral program, accelerating recruitment timelines and reducing administrative overhead. Adoption and performance have already exceeded industry benchmarks.

“This recognition is a testament to how ResultsCX harnesses innovation to deliver impact at scale,” said Rajesh Subramaniam, Chief Executive Officer of ResultsCX. “Growth of the workforce from employee referrals is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen culture and proves to be the most effective in retention.”
