NEWTOWN, PA — PrintMail Solutions has joined the Jack Henry Fintech Integration Network, giving the financial-document provider direct access to technical resources and testing systems as it integrates print and electronic delivery services with core banking platforms used by banks and credit unions.
Participation in the network, known as FIN, is intended to reduce the integration work required of financial institutions deploying third-party technology. PrintMail provides banks and credit unions with systems for distributing statements, notices, disclosures, tax forms and other financial documents in print and electronic formats.
PrintMail’s document-delivery technology integrates with Jack Henry core platforms including SilverLake System, CIF 20/20 and Core Director through jXchange, a set of services-based programming interfaces that provides controlled access to core data and business rules.
The company also identified Jack Henry’s Symitar Episys among the core platforms covered by its FIN relationship.
The integration gives financial institutions using both companies’ systems a centralized approach to print and digital document delivery while reducing the need for the bank or credit union to manage technical coordination between the vendors.
FIN gives participating financial-technology companies direct access to Jack Henry’s technical resources and test systems, effectively removing customers from portions of the integration and testing process.
For PrintMail, membership formalizes and expands a longstanding relationship with Jack Henry and its banking customers.
“We’ve worked alongside Jack Henry and its banking clients for decades, and that longevity matters,” David Reilly, PrintMail’s vice president of technology and operations, stated. He said the integrations are designed to support both print and digital communications within banks’ existing operating environments.
PrintMail specializes in secure production and electronic delivery of financial documents for banks and credit unions. Its integration architecture uses a service layer to govern access to core systems and maintain consistent data exchange.
Participation in Jack Henry’s Fintech Integration Network does not constitute an endorsement of PrintMail’s products by Jack Henry.
