CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — PPB Capital Partners added two senior wealth-management executives to expand advisor relationships and institutional partnerships as the private-markets investment provider invests in personnel and technology to support its next phase of growth.
Olivia Eisinger joined PPB as chief growth officer, while Anthony “Tony” Wilson was named head of strategic partnerships. Both will report to Vice Chairman Bob Oros, who leads the firm’s business operations.
Eisinger will oversee PPB’s Advisor Relations team and its growth strategy, including work with financial-advisor partners using private-market investments. She previously held senior positions at TD Ameritrade and Apex and was named to WealthManagement.com’s “Ten to Watch” in 2024.
Wilson will manage relationships with custodians, national registered investment advisers, banks and trust companies, and independent broker-dealers.
Before joining PPB, Wilson spent a decade at iCapital, where he focused on expanding its RIA aggregator business. He joined iCapital when it had about 40 employees and worked on relationships with major custodians as the company scaled.
The appointments extend a broader buildout at PPB that included the hiring of Oros, a former chief executive officer of Hightower Advisors and HD Vest, about six months ago.
“By making this important investment, we are creating an even stronger foundation that will allow us to connect more meaningfully with both advisors and partners in the months and years ahead,” PPB founder and Chief Executive Officer Brendan Lake said.
PPB has also been investing in its technology infrastructure. Earlier this year, the firm moved to advance its Private Investments Exchange, or PIX, a platform designed to manage private-investment workflows and provide greater visibility into those investments.
Oros said the additions of Eisinger and Wilson give the firm expertise to move PPB into its “next growth phase” as it seeks to broaden its relationships with advisers and other wealth-management institutions.
