PHILADELPHIA, PA — Phenom has opened registration for its fifth annual AI Day, a virtual event that will focus on how enterprise human resources organizations can move artificial intelligence initiatives from pilot projects to operational deployment through governance, infrastructure and workflow-specific automation.
The Sept. 17 event, broadcast from Phenom Studios, will examine the use of contextual intelligence and AI agents in hiring, workforce development and employee retention. The company announced the program as businesses continue to evaluate how to implement AI while addressing regulatory, operational and governance requirements.
Sessions will examine AI systems designed to tailor hiring and workforce decisions by industry, geography, job function and organizational workflows rather than relying on generalized models. Other presentations will focus on multi-agent orchestration, autonomous workflows, AI governance, auditability, compliance and enterprise security.
“Most AI deployments fail because the technology applied was never designed to solve the specific unit of work,” Kumar Ananthanarayana, Phenom’s vice president of product management, stated. “At AI Day, we open up that architecture so HR and IT leaders can see exactly how context, orchestration and governance work together.”
Additional sessions will explore using AI to redesign workforce planning, identify opportunities for automation and employee upskilling, and establish governance frameworks intended to document AI decisions and support compliance with emerging regulations.
The SHRM-accredited event begins Sept. 17 at 10 a.m. ET (4 p.m. CEST) and will be available on demand following the live broadcast.
