FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Patriot Growth Insurance Services has appointed Andrew Drayer as Regional President for the Northeast, the company announced.
Drayer will oversee the firm’s operations and growth strategy in the region, with responsibilities that include supporting agency partners and coordinating regional business efforts, according to the company.
He succeeds Bill Donato, who previously held the role and now serves as President of Retail Insurance.
Drayer most recently held a senior executive position at HUB International New England, where he managed business and financial operations, including claims, compliance, legal, data analytics, facilities and mergers and acquisitions integration.
He also contributed to commercial lines strategy and shared services initiatives, the company said.
Earlier in his career, Drayer held leadership roles at MAPFRE Insurance and at a Massachusetts-based bank-owned insurance agency, where he worked on acquisitions and expansion efforts.
“Andrew brings the experience, judgment, and regional market knowledge to help us continue building in the Northeast,” Donato said.
