Overnight Road Closure Planned for Plymouth Road Near Gwynedd Valley Station

LOWER GWYNEDD TWP, PA — Drivers should plan for an overnight detour later this month as SEPTA crews conduct milling and paving work at the Plymouth Road crossing near Gwynedd Valley Station in Montgomery County.

From 7:00 PM Thursday, November 20, to 12:01 AM Friday, November 21, Plymouth Road will be closed and detoured at the station while crews perform necessary roadway improvements. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Morris Road, U.S. 202 (Dekalb Pike), Sumneytown Pike, and Evans Road.

Local access will remain open up to the work zone. Drivers are encouraged to allow additional travel time, as traffic backups and delays are likely. All work is weather dependent.
