LANGHORNE, PA — NEXGEL Inc. (Nasdaq: NXGL) has rescheduled its shareholder update conference call to April 15, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time as it revises financing plans tied to a potential transaction with Celularity Inc.
The company said it will no longer finance the proposed transaction under its previously announced securities purchase agreement with an institutional investor and is negotiating a new agreement with a different group of investors.
NEXGEL said there is no assurance the Celularity transaction will be completed.
The company expects to provide additional details regarding the proposed transaction during the April 15 call.
