Miri Adds Self-Service Controls to Global Data Platform

Business News

READING, PA — Miri Technologies Inc. is rolling out an online management portal for its NetConnect+ mobile data plans, giving customers and resellers direct control over SIM activation, carrier selection, usage limits, billing and data-pool administration.

The Miri Data Platform is designed to reduce the need for manual support by allowing users to manage the full lifecycle of NetConnect+ SIM cards and plans through a centralized dashboard.

Customers can activate new SIMs, review active connections and associated devices, track data usage, set limits and manage invoices. Shared-plan users can also administer data pools across multiple SIM cards.

The platform currently allows users to override automatic carrier selection and assign SIM cards to specific U.S. networks. Miri plans to add manual selection for international carriers in the third quarter.

Authorized resellers and distributors will be able to manage customer SIM cards and service plans through the same system, extending the portal beyond direct subscribers.

Miri’s NetConnect+ service supports 5G and 4G connectivity across all major U.S. carriers and more than 600 networks worldwide. The SIM cards can shift between large carriers and regional providers depending on availability.

The plans are compatible with Miri’s X510 dual-cellular bonding router, third-party routers running the company’s miriOS software and a range of mobile hotspots and connected devices.

Miri offers three pricing structures: pay-as-you-go plans billed by regional data use, bundled U.S. plans with a fixed monthly allowance for one SIM and shared plans that distribute data across multiple SIM cards in the United States and selected international markets.

“The new Miri Data Platform provides even more value to NetConnect+ customers by giving them greater control, important insights into their usage and 24/7 access to managing their plans,” co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Ryan Brenneman stated.
