WILMINGTON, DE — MediFind, an online provider directory owned by Phreesia, has received the DiMe Seal from the Digital Medicine Society, becoming the first doctor directory to earn the designation.
The seal is awarded to digital health platforms that meet standards related to clinical evidence, privacy, security, and usability.
MediFind uses data analytics to help users identify healthcare providers based on evidence and clinical expertise, particularly for complex or rare conditions.
“We’re honored to receive the DiMe Seal as a testament to the trustworthiness of MediFind,” said David Linetsky, president of Phreesia Network Solutions.
The Digital Medicine Society, a nonprofit organization, developed the DiMe Seal to help consumers identify digital health tools that meet higher standards for transparency and reliability.
The designation comes as more consumers rely on online tools to find medical care, where the quality and accuracy of information can vary.
Phreesia acquired MediFind in July 2023.
