NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — Logan Capital Management secured five first-quarter performance designations across three investment strategies in the PSN Top Guns rankings, giving the Newtown Square firm added visibility among investors evaluating separately managed accounts and exchange-traded fund strategies.
Zephyr published the rankings May 19 for the quarter ended March 31. The system evaluates investment products using proprietary performance screens across more than 75 peer-group universes.
Logan Capital’s International Dividend ADR Wrap strategy received six-star, five-star and four-star designations in the MA International Equity Universe.
Its Large Cap Growth portfolio received a five-star designation in the US Growth Universe, while the Concentrated Value Wrap strategy earned a three-year designation in the MA US Value Universe.
Founding Principal Stephen Lee attributed the results to the firm’s investment process and portfolio discipline.
“It’s a reflection of the consistency and discipline our team brings to every portfolio we manage,” Lee stated.
Managing Director and Portfolio Manager Bill Fitzpatrick described the International Dividend ADR strategy as focused on large-cap companies with strong balance sheets and cash flow.
“We remain committed to a disciplined, fundamentals-based approach,” Fitzpatrick stated. “We continue to see compelling opportunities within the portfolio’s holdings.”
The rankings cover separate accounts, managed accounts and managed ETF strategies submitted to PSN. Only firms that completed PSN investment manager questionnaires were eligible for consideration.
Logan Capital did not pay Zephyr to obtain the rankings, according to the firm. It would, however, be required to purchase a promotional package from Zephyr to market the designations.
The firm manages equity and fixed-income strategies using qualitative and quantitative fundamental analysis. Its portfolio management team has more than 50 years of combined experience.
