InterDigital Raises Quarterly Dividend to 75 Cents a Share

WILMINGTON, DE — InterDigital Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC) raised its quarterly cash dividend to $0.75 a share from $0.70, increasing its regular shareholder payout beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The company’s board also declared the first dividend at the higher rate, payable Oct. 28 to shareholders of record at the close of business Oct. 14.

The increase adds 5 cents a share to InterDigital’s quarterly payout.

InterDigital develops and licenses technologies used in wireless communications, video, artificial intelligence and related products and services.

Its technology is licensed to manufacturers of wireless devices, consumer electronics, internet-connected equipment and motor vehicles, as well as providers of cloud-based services including video streaming.

The company, founded in 1972, conducts research spanning wireless technologies from digital cellular systems through 5G and Wi-Fi, along with video processing, encoding and decoding technologies and AI research connected to its wireless and video businesses.
