PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — INOVIO Pharmaceuticals Inc. will present at two New York investor conferences this week and hold one-on-one meetings with investors, giving the biotechnology company additional opportunities to discuss its DNA-medicine business with the investment community.
INOVIO, which trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker INO, is scheduled to participate in the Cantor Global Healthcare Conference on Wednesday, Sept. 9. Its fireside chat is set for 3:20 p.m. Eastern time.
The company will also participate virtually in the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference. That presentation is scheduled to become available Friday, Sept. 11, at 7 a.m. Eastern time.
Members of INOVIO’s management team will conduct individual meetings with investors during the conferences, according to the company.
The investor appearances come as INOVIO focuses on developing and commercializing DNA medicines targeting diseases associated with human papillomavirus, or HPV, as well as cancer and infectious diseases.
The company’s technology is designed to use DNA medicines to prompt the body to produce disease-fighting mechanisms.
Webcasts and replays of the presentations will be available for 90 days.
