CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Madrigal Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: MDGL) will report third-quarter 2026 financial results on November 3, providing investors with an update on the commercial performance of Rezdiffra, its approved treatment for a serious form of fatty liver disease.
The company said it will release its results before U.S. financial markets open, followed by a management webcast at 8 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss financial performance and operations.
Madrigal is focused on developing and commercializing treatments for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis, or MASH, a progressive liver disease that can lead to fibrosis and cirrhosis.
Its lead product, Rezdiffra (resmetirom), is a once-daily oral medication designed to target underlying mechanisms associated with MASH.
Rezdiffra became the first medication approved by both the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the European Commission for MASH with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis, classified as stages F2 to F3.
The regulatory approvals established Madrigal’s position in a therapeutic market where treatment options have historically been limited.
The company is also evaluating Rezdiffra in an ongoing Phase 3 outcomes trial involving patients with compensated MASH cirrhosis, a more advanced stage of liver disease classified as F4c.
That study could support a potential expansion of the drug’s approved uses if its results demonstrate sufficient safety and effectiveness and regulators authorize the additional indication.
Madrigal’s November 3 earnings report will provide its next scheduled financial and operational update as the company continues commercializing Rezdiffra and advancing its clinical development program.
Investors can access the live earnings webcast through the company’s Investor Relations website or directly at https://edge.media-server.com/mmc/p/4fsmvbwr/.
Participants are encouraged to register at least 15 minutes before the presentation begins.
A replay is expected to become available approximately two hours after the live webcast concludes.
