ImageFIRST Launches 5th Annual HeroesFIRST Contest to Honor Healthcare Heroes Nationwide

HeroesFIRST

KING OF PRUSSIA, PAImageFIRST® has kicked off its 5th Annual HeroesFIRST Contest, a national campaign celebrating healthcare professionals who go above and beyond in delivering exceptional patient care. The program recognizes individuals who embody the company’s core values: Be Safe, Be Honest, Be Respectful, and Be Remarkable.

Nominations are being submitted by ImageFIRST service team members and customer advocates across more than 80 markets nationwide. From these nominations, 20 standout finalists will be selected and featured in a national online vote. The eight finalists receiving the most votes—four from the East and four from the West—will share $16,500 in prize money.

“HeroesFIRST is our opportunity to celebrate healthcare heroes whose dedication and integrity set a powerful example across the healthcare industry,” said Edward H. Orzetti, CEO of ImageFIRST. “We are united by our shared focus—enhancing the patient experience—and are privileged to witness the extraordinary passion delivered by our healthcare partners each day.”

As part of the nomination process, ImageFIRST associates personally honor each caregiver with certificates, balloons, and care packages. In 2024, the program recognized 486 nominees, with Paula Cote of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, taking first place after a nationwide vote.
