KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — A 628-unit apartment complex in King of Prussia has secured the Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s highest property recognition for the fourth consecutive year, reinforcing its competitive position in the region’s multifamily rental market.
In case you missed it, 251 DeKalb, a 26-acre residential property managed by Lindy Communities, received the Trilogy Award at the association’s 2026 Keystone Awards after placing first in three categories: Leasing, Maintenance and Exterior Excellence.
The property has earned the distinction annually since 2023.
The Trilogy Award recognizes apartment communities that achieve first-place rankings across all three evaluation categories, encompassing prospective tenant experiences, property maintenance and exterior conditions.
Winners are selected through independent assessments conducted from the perspective of prospective residents. Properties are evaluated using a 594-point scoring system and compared against communities with similar characteristics, including size, age, property type and rental rates.
The evaluation process measures operational performance and property presentation, factors that can influence tenant satisfaction and the competitiveness of apartment communities.
“These awards represent the daily commitment, teamwork and pride our teams bring to our communities and residents,” said Brett Goldenhorn, senior vice president of operations at Lindy Communities.
Located in King of Prussia, 251 DeKalb offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments near the King of Prussia Mall, King of Prussia Town Center and Valley Forge National Historical Park.
The development includes a saltwater swimming pool, fitness center, game room, indoor children’s playspace and four electric vehicle charging stations.
Pet accommodations include two designated dog parks and a dog-washing facility. The property permits dogs and cats regardless of breed or size.
The repeated recognition reflects the property’s performance under the association’s comparative evaluation standards, with its fourth consecutive Trilogy Award extending a record that began in 2023.
