For the first nine months of fiscal 2026, net income rose to $9.43 million, or $2.62 per diluted share, from $6.67 million, or $1.84 per diluted share, in the prior-year period.

Results for the nine-month period included a one-time benefit of $1.14 million, or $0.32 per diluted share, related to bank-owned life insurance. Excluding that gain, adjusted net income totaled $8.29 million, a 24% increase from the comparable period last year.
