LANCASTER, PA — Harbor Compliance has announced the acquisition of CorpoMax Inc., a Delaware-based company that specializes in forming U.S. businesses for international entrepreneurs and professionals.
Founded in 2001 by Vincent Allard, CorpoMax has helped establish more than 5,000 business entities across 50 countries. The firm is recognized for its expertise in serving French-speaking clients, offering a tailored experience that bridges global markets with U.S. corporate requirements.
