WYOMISSING, PA — Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLPI) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.76 per share for the fourth quarter of 2024.
This dividend will be distributed on December 20, 2024, to shareholders recorded on December 6, 2024. For comparison, the fourth quarter 2023 dividend was $0.73 per share.
The company plans to continue issuing regular quarterly cash dividends in the foreseeable future. However, each dividend will be subject to a quarterly review and will be declared at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
