GLOBO Integrates Interpreter Services With Vidyo Telehealth Platform

GLOBO Language Solutions

PHILADELPHIA, PA — GLOBO Language Solutions announced an integration partnership with Enghouse VidyoHealth that allows healthcare providers to add on-demand interpreter services directly within existing telehealth workflows.

The integration is designed to support patients with limited English proficiency and those who are Deaf or hard of hearing by reducing language barriers during virtual care visits.

The companies said the integration enables clinicians and staff to invite interpreters into telehealth sessions without leaving the existing platform workflow.

“Virtual care is a mainstay of digital health delivery, and language access must be available wherever care happens,” GLOBO Chief Executive Officer Dipak Patel said.

The partnership comes as healthcare providers face increased regulatory attention around language access in telemedicine.

The Supporting Patient Education and Knowledge Act, signed into law February 3, 2026, requires the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to develop guidance for improving language access in telehealth and electronic health record systems for patients with limited English proficiency.

The law identifies integration of interpreter services into telehealth interactions as a recommended practice.

VidyoHealth provides enterprise video conferencing and collaboration technology used in healthcare settings for virtual patient care.
