WYOMISSING, PA — Gaming and Leisure Properties (NASDAQ: GLPI) said it will release second-quarter financial results after markets close on July 30 and hold a conference call the following morning to discuss its performance and recent developments.

The real estate investment trust will host its earnings call at 10 a.m. EDT on July 31, when Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Peter M. Carlino and other executives are expected to review quarterly results and answer investor questions.

A live webcast and replay of the conference call will be available in the investor relations section of the company’s website at https://www.glpropinc.com. The replay will remain available for 90 days.

Gaming and Leisure Properties owns and finances real estate leased to casino operators under triple-net agreements, under which tenants are responsible for property maintenance, insurance, taxes and operating expenses associated with the facilities.

The company is one of the largest owners of gaming real estate in the United States and reports quarterly results closely watched by investors for indications of trends in regional gaming markets and tenant performance.
