LANCASTER, PA — Fulton Bank provided more than $510 million in community development, affordable housing, and small-business lending during 2025, according to the annual corporate social responsibility report released by parent company Fulton Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: FULT), highlighting the regional lender’s efforts to expand lending and investment activity across its markets.
The bank reported $318 million in community development investments and $192 million in community development loans during the year.
Fulton also originated $149 million in mortgage loans to low- and moderate-income homebuyers and provided $58 million in loans backed by the U.S. Small Business Administration, according to the report.
The disclosures offer a snapshot of the bank’s lending and community investment activity as financial institutions face continued scrutiny from regulators, investors, and community groups over access to credit, affordable housing, and economic development.
The company said it contributed $5.8 million to charitable organizations and community initiatives in 2025, including $953,909 through the Fulton Forward Foundation.
Employees logged 11,569 volunteer hours during the year, the report said.
Beyond lending and philanthropy, Fulton highlighted initiatives tied to digital banking services, workforce development, employee training, environmental sustainability, and corporate governance.
“Our purpose is to change lives for the better,” Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Curt Myers said in the report. He said the bank continued efforts to expand access to financial services, support employees, and invest in communities during 2025.
Fulton Financial, headquartered in Lancaster, operates Fulton Bank across the Mid-Atlantic region and is one of the largest community-focused banking organizations based in Pennsylvania.
