PHILADELPHIA, PA — FirstService Residential has rehired Andrew Sytnik as vice president of high-rise operations in Pennsylvania, a move the residential property management company is positioning as part of its broader expansion and operational strategy in the state’s condominium and multifamily market.

Sytnik returns to the company after previously serving in several management roles beginning in 2010, including community manager, regional manager, and regional director.

In his new role, Sytnik will oversee high-rise operations and work with regional leadership teams to manage service delivery, operations, and business development activities across the Pennsylvania market.

The company indicated he will report to Arthur Bartikofsky and collaborate with sales and operational teams supporting residential communities throughout the region.

Michael Mendillo described Sytnik’s return as a strategic addition to the company’s Pennsylvania leadership team.

“His expertise, energy, and connection to our culture combined with the strength of our existing team position us incredibly well for the next chapter in the PA market,” Mendillo said in a statement.

Sytnik stated that his focus will include supporting residential communities through development, transition, and long-term operational management.

“The people we serve in our communities have always been what motivates me daily,” Sytnik said. “I’m thrilled to return to FirstService Residential and focus on what I love most, supporting the creation, growth, and long-term success of communities from concept through transition.”
