EXTON, PA — Innovative Aerosystems (Nasdaq: IA) began trading under the ticker symbol IA on August 18, replacing its previous ISSC designation as the avionics manufacturer aligns its public-market identity with a corporate rebranding launched in late 2025.
The change took effect when U.S. markets opened and follows the company’s adoption of the Innovative Aerosystems name last year.
The new ticker does not alter the company’s legal name, capital structure, shareholder rights or business operations. Its common stock remains listed on Nasdaq, and its CUSIP security identification number is unchanged.
Existing shareholders do not need to take action, according to the company.
“Changing our ticker symbol to ‘IA’ completes the alignment of our corporate identity in the public markets,” Chief Executive Officer Shahram Askarpour stated.
The Exton-based company provides avionics and aerospace systems for commercial aviation, business aircraft and military markets.
Askarpour indicated that the rebranding reflects a strategy focused on integrating advanced avionics with intelligent system designs.
