WILMINGTON, DE — A 43-year-old man was wounded in a shooting Monday evening near 23rd and Jessup streets, according to Wilmington police.
Police reported that the shooting occurred around 7:10 p.m. Officers located the victim, who arrived at a hospital in stable condition.
Investigators did not provide additional details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
