Factor4 Integrates Gift Cards Into Priority’s MX POS Platform

Factor4

BROOMALL, PA — Factor4 has integrated its gift card platform with Priority Commerce’s MX POS system, expanding the payment software’s capabilities by allowing merchants to sell, redeem and manage physical and digital gift cards through a single point-of-sale platform.

The integration enables MX POS users to process gift card transactions in real time while supporting both in-store and online purchases, the companies said.

The move broadens Factor4’s distribution through a cloud-based point-of-sale platform used by retailers and other merchants, while adding customer retention tools to Priority Commerce’s software.

According to the companies, merchants using MX POS will be able to issue physical and digital gift cards, track balances and redemptions, and manage gift card programs without using separate systems.

Dan Battista, chief executive officer of Factor4, said the partnership expands the company’s reach by making its gift card technology available to additional merchants.

“Partnering with Priority Commerce expands our ability to deliver a seamless, fully integrated gift card solution to even more merchants,” Battista said.

Jacob Hui, product manager for MX POS, said integrating Factor4’s platform gives merchants another capability within software they already use to manage daily operations.
