Ecosave Expands Speedway Deal With Charlotte Race Sponsorship

Ecosave

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Ecosave is expanding its commercial relationship with Speedway Motorsports by taking title sponsorship of the Oct. 9 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway, extending a partnership that also includes energy-efficiency work across selected racing facilities.

The Philadelphia-based energy services company will sponsor the Ecosave 200, the opening event of Charlotte Motor Speedway’s three-race Chase weekend. The race will be held on the track’s 1.5-mile oval.

Ecosave also serves as the official energy-efficiency provider at select Speedway Motorsports properties, where it works on lighting, HVAC systems, building automation, renewable-energy measures, retro-commissioning and other infrastructure upgrades.

The company said those projects are designed to reduce energy consumption and operating costs while improving building performance and reliability.

The relationship began in March 2025, when Ecosave sponsored the Ecosave 200 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

The company later sponsored the Ecosave 250 on Charlotte Motor Speedway’s ROVAL in October 2025 and the Ecosave 200 at Dover Motor Speedway in May 2026. It also supported Speedway Children’s Charities fundraising at Sonoma Raceway in June.

“When we entered this partnership, the goal was always bigger than a single race,” Ecosave President and Chief Executive Officer Kevin Madden said.

Madden said the company is applying the same energy-efficiency work used in commercial and industrial buildings to Speedway Motorsports venues, with a focus on lowering consumption, operating costs and emissions.

The Oct. 9 race is part of the Bank of America 400 NASCAR Chase weekend, which also includes the Blue Cross NC 300 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race on Oct. 10 and the Bank of America 400 NASCAR Cup Series race on Oct. 11.
