WILMINGTON, DE — Diversified, LLC, a registered investment advisor, has been named to Quartz’s Best Places to Work 2026 list, which recognizes eight U.S. companies for how they are run and how their own employees experience working there. The list is compiled by Quartz in partnership with Best Companies Group, an independent workplace research firm, through a two-part evaluation: each company completed a questionnaire covering its policies, practices, benefits, and philosophy, while employees separately and confidentially rated their day-to-day experience on leadership, culture, role satisfaction, and pay. Companies needed at least 10 U.S. employees and at least one year in business to qualify.
For Diversified, the recognition affirms an approach to building the firm that has held for more than two decades: investing in people and culture without pressure from outside ownership. The firm has grown without taking on private equity capital, a structural choice that keeps decisions about compensation, benefits, and culture in the hands of the people who work there every day.

Unlike some regional workplace programs, Quartz’s list is unranked — the eight companies are presented together as this year’s honorees, with no first-, second-, or third-place designation.
