WILMINGTON, DE —Diversified, LLC, a fee-only registered investment advisor, has been named a finalist for the 2026 Philadelphia Business Journal Best Places to Work in the small company category (25–49 employees). Diversified is one of 20 finalists selected in its category from across the Greater Philadelphia region. The program, conducted in partnership with Quantum Workplace, is determined entirely by confidential employee surveys — making the designation a direct reflection of the experience of Diversified’s own team.

Unlike editorially selected rankings, the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work program is driven by the people inside the firm. Surveys administered to employees across all nominated companies measure culture across compensation, benefits, and trust in senior leadership. The firms that make the finalist list earned it from their teams — not from a submission form.

For Diversified, the recognition reflects a deliberate approach to building a firm where people want to do their best work. Over more than 20 years, the firm has grown without private equity capital — a structural choice that has allowed it to invest in its people and culture on its own terms, without external pressure to cut costs or prioritize short-term returns over long-term firm health.

“We’ve always believed that the client experience starts with the employee experience. When your team feels valued, supported, and genuinely excited to come to work, that shows up in every client interaction. This recognition matters to us precisely because it came from our people — and that’s the only measure of culture that counts.”Andrew Rosen, CFP®, CEP®, Executive Chairman, Diversified

The three highest-ranked companies in each size category will be revealed at a Philadelphia Business Journal event on July 23, 2026. Diversified will also be recognized alongside this year’s full cohort of honorees.

The Best Places to Work finalist designation comes alongside a period of significant momentum at Diversified. The firm recently appointed Scott Lavelle, CFA, CAIA, FRM as Chief Investment Officer and was named a 2026 InvestmentNews 5-Star Wealth Management Team — recognition that together reflect a firm investing intentionally in both its people and its capabilities.

Diversified LLC is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, with offices across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. The firm provides comprehensive wealth management services, including financial planning and investment management, supported by integrated tax capabilities. Diversified oversees $3+ billion in AUM (as of 5/26) and has earned multiple industry recognitions for workplace culture and advisor excellence.
